With no mention of a US release, it would appear us faithful FFFags in the UK are getting the game they so rightly deserve.

Final Fantasy XI, bundled with all 4 expansion packs including the new "Wings Of The Goddess" pack, will be released on both X360 and WinPC on 23 May 2008.

New additions in latest pack include:

New settings further expand the vast world of Vana'diel

Mog House Guests

Players will be able to invite their friends to their Mog Houses, showing their personalized furniture and special items. It is a new way to talk about past adventures and future plans in an entirely customised setting.

I played FFXI once. Thought it was one of the worst games I'd ever played. Definitely not worthy of the Final Fantasy name.
