Well if it's still online play and they're still using the Microsoft servers then they're probably right to do so. To be fair I don't know which of their games use which part of this services but they all go through some kinda of checking for anti cheating and whatnot. It'd probably be good for their customers to try and waive it though. |

That'll be waived for ESO, though, and I can't imagine that other subscription-based games won't get that same consideration. |
