anyone heard of it? anyone planning on playing it? I've preordered and will be participating in my 2nd beta event this weekend. Game is pretty sweet so far but haven't played too much so don't want to overhype it.

All i know about that game is that if you pre order it, you get fancy items for TF2.

3 primary classes, and about 10 subspecs for each of them.

Looks pretty, but probably either going to be an en masse cloning of WoW, or is going to be going down the Tabula Rasa route...

close, 4 primary classes, 12 subclasses of each. took everything good from WoW and left out all the crap.

So I discovered that Rift had gone free to play, and now I've set up an account. I'm not out of the tutorial phase yet, but I'm enjoying what I'm seeing so far. Aside from a couple odd camera controls (which probably aren't that odd to an experienced MMO player), it's very noob-friendly, which is nice.

Does anyone else still play this? I'm in Faeblight.

I actually still have an active account/payment method after all these years because I never got around to cancelling, which is a bit fail really, especially as I never really got into the game. I'm sure I'm racking up some sort of subscription bonus, but no idea what.
