We used to have a food thread back in the day nobody keeps things alive these days. I would totally love to get that blokeh pie recipe. Maybe get a Blokeh pie updated recipe? Anywho. Lets talk about food!

INB4 Caleb talking about a Jack Daniels pizza.

It's just a pizza with shredded meat(either pork or chicken, I'm partial to pork), JD barbecue sauce, minced onion and pepper that's fried up in a pan until it's soft, and mozz cut with a bit of cheddar.
If you have a side with it, make it coleslaw, the acidity will really help with how fatty the pizza is.

It's no poached pears with a Mountain Dew caramel reduction served over vanilla bean ice cream or anything, but it's p great.

Seasoned chicken breast with carrots, beans and babycorn. Stir-fried.

Eat that every night and you're good.

This is the only thing Ive taken a picture of in a while.

Sectioned potatoes with each side fried in grapeseed oil, then seasoned with salt, pepper, and thyme. Melted a knob of butter in the pan, then poured in half a cup of chicken stock and roasted it all for 20 minutes. Topped with parmesan reggiano.

I think I'm going to make some more Yorkshire pudding, man-based foods.

Filling one with chips and then topping it off with burgers is alright I guess, but I need something that screams "I AM MAN".

Yorkshire pudding.
Firecracker wedges.
Chilli.
Garlic and jalapeno mashed potato topping.
Oven bake to crisp the mash.

But what sauce to place atop?

What sauce?

Beef gravy?

Maybe with a dash of chilli?

Or maybe some other seasoning?

Hmmm.

I need to think this one over.

What about chipotle gravy?
Some butter in a pan, add flour, mix until it's a paste, add chipotle powder. Wait for the butter to start sizzling again, add milk, salt, pepper, and some adobo sauce, cook until slightly thick, set off the heat to thicken a bit more.
I bet it'd be good.
