Carl you described to me once this strange concept. a cheeseless pizza. have you managed to make any adaptations on it? can you get lactoseless cheese?

Probably. But when the cheese masks all the flavour, why the fuck would you want it?

I just discovered what I should use as a gravy-like topping.

Curry.

Vindaloo, to be exact.

Also, my fucking asshole is melting.

Doesnt adobo have vinegar in it? Acid + milk = bad

In small quantities, acid + milk is fine.
Mixing milk and a bit of lemon juice gets you a substitute for buttermilk if you're out of it, for example.

Actually freezing beef is necessary for some dishes, like beef carpaccio; that way you can sear the outside without cooking the inside.
Makes slicing it very thin easier too, good for slicing up steak for sandwiches before you cook it.
Other than that, pretty solid guide, although I wouldn't pepper a steak before cooking it(you should cook steak over very high heat, and that'll burn the pepper).

Yeah, I don't remember the exact amounts though, I think it's like 1 teaspoon lemon juice to 1 quart of milk. Would def google before trying it.

I want to burn the man that made that guide.

You dont use olive oil for grilling ANYTHING. Pretty much any oil would be better cause lolsmokepointcancer.

Also that image of doneness is completely off. Like, why would anyone make that so terribly wrong. Raw, raw, raw, medium, medium well, well.

Next time I cook a steak, Ill post a comparison. Mad/10

I laughed at mad/10.

I love putting pepper on my steaks. Gives it a little oomph. I never use olive oil with my steaks. Butter only man.

Vegetable oil wouldn't burn, that shit's smokepoint is like wumbillion degrees. Same with clarified butter.
And yeah, the doneness chart is wrong, but honestly they almost always are in those images, I've stopped worrying about them entirely.

1.) Like I said, pepper's fine post-cooking. Pre-cooking it'll burn if your pan/grill is as hot as it should be.
2.) Butter has a lower smokepoint than olive oil, which means you're doing it even wronger. Enjoy your carcinogens.

Blokey, you make cheeseless pizza, right?
