Microsoft's certification process is a huge hit or miss. At times, they'll be the very first to bring out multi-console updates before Sony or Nintendo (lol), but at other times...Perfect Dark XBLA for example...takes months upon months to get certified even though they announce that it's going to come out every upcoming week.

There's no denying that the multiplayer is pretty good. As for playing for a single player experience, this is the ONLY CoD game where the emphasis should definitely not be on the single player. Up to now, I have enjoyed each and every CoD campaign.

The patch was released on the PS3 on the 29th of Jan, while it was only submitted for cert on the 5th of Feb for the 360

and considering the patch went out on PC around the same time as the PS3 (if not before), when the 360 and PC have similar architechture.

This. MW2 is pretty fun, when you're playing with people who are cool. Unfortunately, that's almost never the case for me. The only time I get to enjoy it is when I'm playing with friends, which is rare. That's why I play MAG. SOCOM players play that, and I have experience with them. They're generally more grown up and mature about the game, not "OMFG N00B YOU ONLY HAVE 15 KILLZ? I HAZ 300! LRN2SH00T OR GTFO!" Heru, you should know that I enjoy MW2 with friends, the 2 times I've played with you. XD

And you're definitely right Chris. A large factor as to why I enjoy MW2 Online so much is because I play regularly with some of the coolest guys on Live. That absolutely factors into any online experience however.

In terms of multiplayer, I think it's far superior to COD4 in every way, shape, and form. In terms of single player, well, why would I buy a COD game for the single player experience?

I do enjoy the game sometimes and i have every right to complain when i paid my hard earn cash to buy a game only to find it crippled by bugs, glitches and lag and more problems than the eye can see
