Cassy has a level 18 Pugilist, so after doing a spot of onlinery, I formed this simplistic combat combo macro for her.

Each move transfers the character into a fighting stance, and gives bonuses on using the correct move afterwards. This ensures a "cycle" of correct moves and max bonus. It's also stupidly simple.

I call it "autoplay". :D

/ac "Bootshine"
/wait 2.5
/ac "True Strike"
/wait 2.5
/ac "Snap Punch"
/wait 2.5

It should probably be noted that it's easy to auto black-list Gil sellers with the simple macro of:

Code:
/blist add <r>

(only works when they whisper you though, sadly, although this is the next big thing.

For Gladiators/Paladins. These are what I'm using so far:

Captain America
Casts shield lob and shouts "Captain America!"
Code:
/macroicon "Shield Lob
/ac "Shield Lob <t>
/shout Captain America!

For pulling in instances.
Marks target, tells people what to do, pulls, and then casts flash (can substitute shield lob with provoke at later levels)
Code:
/macroicon "Shield Lob"
/marking attack1 <t>
/party Pulling now.  Please let me build emnity, and attack my target only.
/wait 5.0
/ac "Shield Lob" <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Flash" <t>

Fast Blade/Savage Blade/Rage of Halone Combo
Does what it says on the tin
Code:
/macroicon "Fast Blade"
/ac "Fast Blade" <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Savage Blade" <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Rage of Halone" <t>

So why the /macroicon command? Well it's quite simple really. It displays the correct icon for the defined spell, PLUS it adds the icon to the global cooldown and displays the cooldown timer. This is something that the standard icons do not do, and for me this is pure gold.

Also for the rotations, personally I do not like them to repeat. I much prefer my macros to be a single rotation, because I find if the macro repeats it can screw up the cooldowns in situations where you might need to react. For me, 1 keypress is still better than 3, so I don't mind pressing the button every 7.5 seconds or so.

macros no longer recognize decimals. This means if you put wait 2.5 it will wait 3 causing you to lose dps.

my macros

Heavy Shot
/macroicon "Heavy Shot"
/ac "Misery's End" <t>
/ac "Bloodletter" <t>
/ac "Heavy Shot" <t>

and so on for all the skills I use except for Straight Shot. For that one only straight shot goes in front of Misery's End and Bloodletter to guarantee it's up before I cast the others.

Doing a macro like this I can spam one button and it will cast whichever is available with priority from top to bottom. You need to make sure you turn off error logs if you do macros this way or you'll get lots of error messages.

Is there a way for a macro to run a macro?

I have two for crafting, and they're both over 10 lines long.

Can I have one macro that will run macro 1 then macro 2?
