I saw Twilight Storm's post on facebook and decided to check this place out. I recognized a couple names. My old e-name used to be bustedsfnewkia. I have since changed to Neombra because the name has sort of stuck from my WoW days.

First thing you should know: No, my name has nothing to do with the Matrix.
Second: I'm junior at university studying Computer Science.
Third: I ... play video games? Some Wii when I get the chance, but mostly PC for quite some time now.

Before I quit World of Warcraft, my main was named Neombra. People would stutter over the pronunciation and end up calling me Neo instead (Before that, my main was Neokia). While planning to go co-guild master with some friends, they brought it up. They assumed it had to do with The Matrix. So as a joke they started making a bunch of Matrix inspired characters to be in the new guild.

You'd be shocked at the problems that people have pronouncing my character's names...

Memoriae - Latin Æ sound, so it's actually MEM-or-ee-ay (as in day), and not MEM-or-ee-eye (as in high)
Damnatio - DAM-nay-tio (as in patio). People end up saying Damnation... it's NOT Damnation, it's Damnatio.

As in damnatio memoriae, or "Damned be the memories"... Or YOU JUST GOT YOUR ASS ERASED FROM ROMAN HISTORY, BITCH.
